Minsen ist ein Ortsteil der Flächengemeinde Wangerland im Landkreis Friesland in Niedersachsen mit etwa 300 Einwohnern. Dem nur wenige hundert Meter von der Nordsee entfernten Küstenbadeort sind die Inseln Wangerooge und Minsener Oog vorgelagert. Aufgrund des Strandbetriebes in den nahegelegenen Erholungsorten Horumersiel-Schillig und Hooksiel wird Minsen von einem sanften Tourismus geprägt.
