Der Rundkurs zwischen Steinkirchen und der Lühe-Mündung veläuft beidseitig der Lühe. Der Fluß schlängelt sich durch die Kulturlandschaft des Alten Landes, Obstplantagen und schmucke Fachwerkhäuser bestimmen das Landschaftsbild. Der Lühe-Anleger ist ein beliebter Treffpunkt zum "Dicke-Pötte-Gucken". Imbisswagen sorgen hier für eine kleine Stärkung.
