Wanderung überwiegend entlang der "Buntsandsteinroute" (Nebenweg des Eifelsteigs)um das Felsplateau rund um Nideggen. Tolle Panoramablicke bis nach Düren, Hürtgenwald, Schmidt. Aussichtspunkte Christinenley, Effels-Kletterfelsen und Effeldach. Ein weiterer schöner Eifelblick haben Sie vom Dach der Jugendherberge in Nideggen. (Am Nationalpark Tor) Diese Wanderung beinhaltet nur leichte Steigerungen. Pausen einfügen aufgrund der fantastischen Ausblicke.

Beschilderung: Nicht durchgehend beschildert, Wegweiser Buntsandstein-Route
Parkplatz:  Wanderparkplatz in Nideggen Zülpicher Tor
Start :  Ab Wanderparkplatz der Buntsandstein-Route folgen
