Der Bahnhof Middelfart ist ein Bahnhof in Middelfart in Dänemark. Der heutige Bahnhof wurde am 14. Mai 1935 eröffnet. Zuvor gab es bereits einen Bahnhof an diesem Standort, der jedoch seit dem Bau der Eisenbahnbrücke über den Kleinen Belt nicht mehr genutzt wird. Der Bahnhof liegt an der Linie von Nyborg nach Fredericia. Direkt nach der Brücke, in Jütland, verzweigt sich die Linie mit einem Abzweig nach Süden in Richtung Kolding und Padborg.
Der aktuelle Bahnhof ist der zweite Bahnhof von Middelfart. Der erste lag an der alten Trasse der Eisenbahnlinie Nyborg - Fredericia in Richtung Strib und wurde 1935 geschlossen, als die Brücke über den Kleinen Belt in Betrieb genommen wurde. Der erste Bahnhof von Middelfart existiert noch immer.
