Die Gemeinde Trabazos liegt im Westen der Provinz Zamora, an der Grenze zu Portugal, 75 km von der Provinzhauptstadt entfernt. Die Gemeinde besteht aus den fünf Dörfern Latedo, Nuez de Aliste, San Martín del Pedroso, Trabazos und Villarino Tras la Sierra.
Die Flagge und das Wappen von Trabazos, entworfen von Vicente Tocino Letrado und Tomás Rodríguez Peñas, sind durch ein Dekret festgelegt, das am 30. März 2007 vom Gemeinderat angenommen, am 25. Juli 2007 vom Bürgermeister unterzeichnet und am 2. August 2007 im Amtsblatt von Kastilien und León, Nr. 150, S. 16.077, veröffentlicht wurde. Die Symbole sind wie folgt beschrieben:
