Benalmádena ist eine südspanische Küstenstadt und eine Gemeinde mit 68.128 Einwohnern in der Provinz Málaga in der autonomen Gemeinschaft Andalusien.Benalmádena ist die ebenfalls touristisch orientierte Nachbarstadt von Torremolinos an der Costa del Sol in einer Höhe von ca. 10 bis 250 m. Die Provinzhauptstadt Málaga ist knapp 20 km in nordöstlicher Richtung entfernt. Das Klima ist gemäßigt bis warm; Regen fällt überwiegend im Winterhalbjahr.
