Der Turó de l'Home ist mit einer Höhe von 1712 m der höchste Berg des Montseny-Massivs. Im Jahr 1959 ereignete sich hier der Transair Douglas Dakota Unfall. Ein Flugzeug mit 29 britischen Studenten, die von einem Ferienaufenthalt auf Mallorca zurückkehrten, stürzte hier gegen die Bergwand. Die 29 Passagiere und die 3 Besatzungsmitglieder kamen bei diesem Unglück ums Leben.
