Das Heiligtum der Jungfrau von Lourdes befindet sich in La Nou de Berguedà und war das erste, das in Spanien erbaut wurde.
Es war der Priester Mn. Antoni Comellas, ein Sohn von La Nou und großer Verehrer der Jungfrau von Lourdes, der das Heiligtum erbauen wollte. Er begann im Jahr 1878 mit einer kleinen Kapelle, um ein Bild der Mare de Déu von Lourdes aufzustellen. Doch angesichts des Ansturms von Besuchern, die die kleine Kapelle empfing, wurde 1880 mit großer Feierlichkeit der Grundstein des heutigen Heiligtums, im neoklassizistischen Stil, gelegt, das im Jahr 1885 eingeweiht wurde.
In wenigen Jahren, vollständig von Gläubigen finanziert, wurde der Hochaltar und die acht Seitenaltäre (zwei von ihnen während des Krieges von 36 zerstört) im neugotischen Stil erbaut. Im Jahr 1915 war es vollständig fertiggestellt.
