Wir treten in Navarrete ein, dessen denkmalgeschützter Gebäudekomplex als von Interesse angesehen wird, ``Historisch-Künstlerischer Komplex´´. Diese Stadt, die früher ein Verteidigungsposten gegenüber dem Königreich Navarra war, wird von dem Jakobsweg durchquert, dessen Strecke wir von diesem Punkt bis zum Ende des Weges zurücklegen werden. Die Kirche verfügt über einen sehr berühmten barocken Altar, sowie über römische Ruinen auf dem Friedhof und eine Burg auf dem Hügel, der das Dorf überblickt.
