Fontana ist eine Station der Linie 3 der U-Bahn von Barcelona, die sich unter der Gran de Gràcia Straße im Stadtteil Gràcia von Barcelona befindet.
Die Station wurde 1925 als Teil der großen U-Bahn von Barcelona eingeweiht, auch wenn sie im ersten Abschnitt der U-Bahn, der in Barcelona eröffnet wurde, liegt; die Station wurde einige Monate nach der Eröffnung der U-Bahn eröffnet. Später, im Jahr 1982, wurde sie mit der Umorganisation der Liniennummern und der Umbenennung der Stationen zu einer Station der Linie 3.
