Dieses 1963 von Rafael de la Hoz umgebaute Stammhaus an der Plaza de la Concha ist heute der Sitz der Teresianischen Gesellschaft .
Hinter einer klassizistischen Tür führt der Flur zum großen Innenhof mit Arkaden auf drei Seiten. Die beiden Hauptelemente des Umbaus, eine schöne halbrunde Treppe und die Kapelle, öffnen sich zum Innenhof.
Neben dem Haus befindet sich die Callejón del Pañuelo, die engste Straße Spaniens . Auffallend ist die Kleinmaßstäblichkeit der Häuser rund um den letzten, den Raummaßen entsprechenden Anbau, in dem sich ein kleiner Brunnen befindet.
