Die 7. Etappe führt uns durch ein wunderschönes Stück Natur im Zentrum Spaniens. Wir vermeiden die Hauptstraße nach Molina de Aragón, die ziemlich belebt sein kann. Wir ziehen lieber die kurvenreiche Bergstraße durch die Wälder und vorbei an kleinen Dörfern vor. Viele Trink- und Essmöglichkeiten treffen wir nicht an. Dafür viele Anstiege bis auf etwa 1300 Meter Höhe. Ein Tag, der in die Waden kriechen kann.
