Lappland ist eine Landschaft in Finnland. Von 1938 bis 2009 stellte sie zugleich eine der Provinzen Finnlands dar. Lappland ist die nördlichste Landschaft des Landes und umfasst den finnischen Teil Lapplands. Mit einer Fläche von fast 100.000 km² ist Lappland die größte finnische Landschaft, bei einer Bevölkerungsdichte von unter zwei Einwohnern pro Quadratkilometer zugleich auch mit Abstand die am dünnsten besiedelte. Der Verwaltungssitz und die größte Stadt der Landschaft ist Rovaniemi. Die Urbevölkerung Lapplands, das Volk der Samen, stellt nur noch eine Minorität dar. In Teilen der Landschaft stehen ihnen besondere Minderheitenrechte zu.
