Sie gehört zum Kanton Valensole im Arrondissement Forcalquier.Gréoux-les-Bains liegt im Südwesten des Départements Alpes-de-Haute-Provence am Ufer des Verdon. Am Ort ist der Verdon zur „Barrage de Gréoux“ gestaut. Das Gemeindegebiet ist Teil des Regionalen Naturparks Verdon.
