Plailly ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 1.882 Einwohnern im Département Oise in der Region Hauts-de-France. Plailly gehört zum Arrondissement Senlis und zum Kanton Senlis. Die Einwohner werden Plelléens genannt. Plailly liegt an der Grenze zum Département Val-d’Oise, an den Ausläufern des Waldes von Chantilly. Umgeben wird Plailly von den Nachbargemeinden Thiers-sur-Théve im Norden, Mortefontaine im Osten , Moussy-le-Neuf im Süden und Südosten, Vémars im Süden, Saint-Witz im Südwesten, Survilliers im Westen und Südwesten sowie La Chapelle-en-Serval im Westen und Nordwesten.
