Wir biegen links auf die Straße ab, die von Bédoin kommt. Nach zweihundert Metern erreichen wir die Hauptstraße. Links können wir bald Wein kaufen, aber jetzt besser nicht. Denn wir müssen noch einmal ein Stück bergauf.
Der Anstieg nach Malaucène ist entlang der Hauptstraße D938 nicht besonders angenehm. Es ist eine belebte Straße, die Carpentras mit Vaison la Romaine verbindet. Es fahren viele Lkw. Also gut aufpassen.
Die Steigung selbst ist noch ganz erträglich. Nach dem Gipfel geht es bergab bis nach Malaucène.
