Umgeben wird Paissy von den Nachbargemeinden Chermizy-Ailles im Norden, Oulches-la-Vallée-Foulon im Nordosten, Vassogne im Südosten, Cuissy-et-Geny im Süden, Œuilly und Moulins im Südwesten sowie Cerny-en-Laonnois im Nordwesten.
