An dieser Kreuzung steht ein Denkmal für Coluche. Coluche war ein großer Komiker in Frankreich, der 1986 viel zu früh bei einem Motorradunfall verstarb. Er wurde sehr bekannt, als er sich auch als „Kandidat Null“ bei den französischen Präsidentschaftswahlen von 1980 aufstellte. Die Umfragen zeigten, dass er auf überraschende 16% der Stimmen zählen konnte. Dennoch zog er sich aus dem Präsidentschaftsrennen zurück. Er ist auch berühmt für seine Obdachlosenorganisation Restos du Coeur. Am 19. Juni 1986 fuhr er von Cannes nach Grasse. Hier, in der Nähe dieses Ortes, sah er einen Lastwagen zu spät manövrieren. Er trug keinen Helm und schlug mit dem Kopf gegen den Vorderkotflügel. Er war sofort tot. Dieses gut gepflegte Denkmal ist eine Art Pilgerstätte für Motorradfahrer.
