Die Le Diamant Bleu liegt an der Seine unterhalb der Cité de la Mode et du Design. Die Passagiere gehen für die Dauer einer zweistündigen Dinner-Kreuzfahrt an Bord. Das Menü wird vor Ort aus frischen und saisonalen Produkten zubereitet. Die Gäste sitzen im großen Empfangsraum mit 34 Fenstern oder auf dem geräumigen Terrassendeck und können die architektonischen Wunder von Paris entdecken. Sänger sorgen für die musikalische Untermalung. Auf der Rückfahrt wird am Kai ein Tanzabend angeboten.
