Elodie und Eric haben ganz Frankreich bereist und im Mai 2022 beschließen sie, ihre Koffer zu packen Sie verlieben sich in dieses renovierungsbedürftige Haus. Nach einem Jahr Renovierung und einer gehörigen Portion Energie erweckten sie im Juni 2023 die "Résidence Loanie" zum Leben. Sie haben es in einen gemütlichen Empfangsbereich umgewandelt oder Sie richten im Erdgeschoss ein komfortables Gästezimmer von 25m² ein, mit eigenem Bad und WC, Arbeitsbereich und Schlafsofa. Es kann bis zu 4 Personen beherbergen. Den Gästen stehen ein Esszimmer und eine Küchenzeile zur Verfügung, um sich selbst zu verpflegen (60 m²). Im Oktober letzten Jahres haben sie "L'Alternative" , ein Zentrum für alternative Gesundheit und Wellness, eröffnet, um ihre Dienstleistungen zu vervollständigen. Die Gäste der Residenz können auf Wunsch die Wellnessangebote des Zentrums in Anspruch nehmen.
