Die Königinnenfahrt über eine Strecke von 103 km und mit nicht weniger als fünf schönen Pässen, wobei der Aufstieg zum Markstein und zum Grand Ballon die wahren Höhepunkte sind. Auch der Rückweg vom Gipfel des Grand Ballon bis zum Gipfel des Col de la Schlucht ist nicht zu verachten und führt über die wunderschöne Route des Crêtes. Dann steigen wir entlang der la Roche du Diable bis zum Lac de Longmer ab und kehren so nach Gérardmer zurück.
