Ledbury ist eine englische Stadt in der Grafschaft Herefordshire in der Region West Midlands in England. Sie liegt östlich von Hereford und westlich der Malvern Hills am Fluss Leadon.
Ledbury wurde wahrscheinlich wie die Städte Leominster, Bromyard and Ross-on-Wye, während der Zeit von Bischof Richard de Capella auf bischöflichem Grundbesitz gegründet. An der Stelle befand sich eine befestigte Wehranlage , die zusammen mit dem Fluss Leadon die Namensgebung der Stadt bestimmt hat. Im Domesday Book wurde Ledbury als Liedeberge erfasst.
