Cranham ist ein Dorf im englischen Grafschaft Gloucestershire. Es gehört zum Distrikt Stroud und befindet sich etwa eine Meile östlich der A46-Strasse zwischen Stroud und Cheltenham. Der Cotswold Way, ein Fernwanderweg, verläuft ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Der Komponist Gustav Holst lebte eine Zeit lang in Cranham, und dort, in dem Haus, das jetzt 'Midwinter Cottage' heißt, schrieb er Melodie, die wahrscheinlich die bekannteste für das Weihnachtslied In the Bleak Midwinter von Christina Rossetti ist. Ein Minensucher der Ham-Klasse, HMS Cranham, wurde ebenfalls nach dem Dorf benannt.
