Easebourne () ist ein Dorf, anglikanische Pfarrei und zivilrechtliche Pfarrei im Distrikt Chichester in West Sussex, England. Es liegt anderthalb Kilometer nördlich von Midhurst, jenseits des Flusses Rother an den Straßen A272 und A286. Die Pfarrei umfasst das Weiler Henley im Norden. Bei der Volkszählung im Jahr 2001 gab es 708 Haushalte mit einer Gesamtbevölkerung von 1.717, von denen 785 wirtschaftlich aktiv waren.
Easebourne wurde im Domesday Book von 1086 als ein alter Hundred aufgeführt, ein weites Gebiet, das bis hinunter nach Graffham und Cocking im Süden, Stedham im Westen und Tillington im Osten reicht, sowie zwei Weiler, die keine Pfarreien waren: Todham im Südosten und Buddington im Westen; insgesamt umfasste es 12 Siedlungen mit 276 Haushalten.
