Starcross ist ein Dorf mit einer Bevölkerungszahl von 1.737, die bei der Volkszählung 2011 erfasst wurde, und liegt an der Westküste der Exe-Mündung in Teignbridge im englischen Landkreis Devon. Das Dorf ist im Sommer bei Freizeitbooten beliebt und ist die Heimat eines der ältesten Segelclubs des Vereinigten Königreichs.
Die A379-Straße und die Eisenbahnlinie von London nach Penzance verlaufen beide durch das Dorf entlang der Ufer der Mündung. Der Bahnhof Starcross befindet sich an der Eisenbahn, und die Starcross-Exmouth-Fähre, eine kleine Personenfähre, verkehrt über die Mündung nach Exmouth.
