Der König Alfreds Turm ist eine Torheit in Somerset, England, am Rand der Grenze zu Wiltshire, auf dem Stourhead-Anwesen. Der Turm steht auf dem Kingsettle Hill und gehört dem National Trust. Er ist als denkmalgeschütztes Gebäude der Kategorie I eingestuft.
Henry Hoare II plante den Turm in den 1760er Jahren, um das Ende des Siebenjährigen Krieges gegen Frankreich und die Thronbesteigung von König Georg III. in der Nähe des Ortes Egberts Stein zu feiern, wo man glaubt, dass Alfred der Große, König von Wessex, 878 die Angelsachsen vor der Schlacht von Edington versammelte. Der Turm wurde 1944 durch ein Flugzeug beschädigt und in den 1980er Jahren restauriert.
