Carreg Dwfn ist ein Hügel vier Meilen südöstlich von Llandeilo und direkt südlich des Dorfes Trap im Landkreis Carmarthenshire, Südwales. Er liegt am westlichen Ende des Brecon Beacons Nationalparks und des Fforest Fawr Geoparks. Sein Gipfel liegt auf 283 Metern und befindet sich am östlichen Ende eines felsigen, ost-westlich ausgerichteten Bergrückens.
