Die Eisenbahnstation Fishguard Harbour bedient den Hafen von Fishguard Harbour, Wales. Sie ist der Endpunkt eines der Zweige der West Wales Line von Swansea. Die Gegend wird jetzt ebenfalls von der Eisenbahnstation Fishguard und Goodwick bedient.
Die Great Western Railway übernahm die North Pembrokeshire und Fishguard Railway durch Vereinbarung vom 12. Februar 1898. Ihr Ziel war es, Fishguard zu einem speziell für Ozeanlinerschiffe gebauten Hafen zu machen, da sie den transatlantischen Passagierverkehr von Plymouth und Southampton abziehen wollte. In Vorbereitung darauf eröffnete die GWR 1899 ihre erste Station, die Eisenbahnstation Fishguard & Goodwick, als die Arbeiten am neuen Hafen mit dem Bau des Ostmolen von Fishguard Harbour begannen.
