Das Cannock Chase Hospital ist ein Gemeinschaftskrankenhaus in Cannock Chase, Staffordshire. Es wird vom Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust verwaltet.
Die Einrichtung hat ihren Ursprung in einer Infirmerie, die 1870 für das Cannock Chase Workhouse gebaut wurde. Die Infirmerie wurde 1902 vollständig neu gebaut. Diese Einrichtung trat 1948 dem National Health Service als Chase Hospital bei. Das aktuelle Krankenhaus, das das veraltete Chase Hospital ersetzte und vom Mid Staffordshire NHS Trust verwaltet wurde, wurde 1991 fertiggestellt. Im Oktober 2014 wurde angekündigt, dass das Cannock Chase Hospital in die Verwaltung des Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust übergeben wird.
