Die Monasteraki von Chrisopigi hat die wichtigste Kirche der Insel, die "Panagia Chrisopigi" oder "die Jungfrau Maria von Chrysopigi" genannt wird. Die Kirche wurde 1650 erbaut. Sie wurde auf den Fundamenten eines antiken Tempels errichtet. Es ist eine der 224 Kirchen, die heute in Betrieb sind. Auf der Westseite der Bucht kann man die Überreste des Ladebuhnes sehen, der genutzt wurde, um die abgebauten Metalle per Boot nach Lavrio zu transportieren.
