Melissani ist eine Höhle mit einem See in der Nähe der Ortschaft Sami auf der griechischen Insel Kefalonia. Neben der nahe gelegenen Drogarati-Höhle ist es eine der beiden Tropfsteinhöhlen auf der Insel.
Der See in der Grotte war in der Antike eine Kultstätte des Hirtengottes Pan, wie zahlreiche Funde auf dem Grund belegen. Diese sind im Archäologischen Museum in Argostoli zu sehen. Darunter befindet sich eine Tafel aus dem 3. Jahrhundert v. Chr. mit dem ältesten erhaltenen Beleg des Wortes Nymphomanie. In der Literatur findet die Höhle Erwähnung im Roman Corellis Mandoline von Louis de Bernières.
