Die Ethniki Odos 95/Εθνική Οδός 95 ist eine der wichtigsten Verkehrswege der Insel Rhodos und gleichzeitig einzige Nationalstraße der Insel.
Sie beginnt im Süden von Rhodos-Stadt und endet nach ca. 58 km etwas südlich von Lindos. Ein Teil der Strecke ist autobahnähnlich ausgebaut.
Bis zum Jahre 1999 war die Nationalstraße auf der kompletten Strecke nur einspurig ausgebaut, was dazu führte, dass es vor allem in der Sommerzeit große Schwierigkeiten gab, schnell in den Süden der Insel zu kommen, da aufgrund des hohen Touristenaufkommens die Strecke hoffnungslos überlastet war. Daher wurde zur Jahrtausendwende ein erster Abschnitt von Rhodos-Stadt bis Faliraki zweispurig mit getrennten Richtungsfahrbahnen ausgebaut, um dem hohen Verkehrsaufkommen gerecht zu werden.
