Die Station Pallini befindet sich im Mittelstreifen der Autobahn Attiki Odos westlich des Vororts Pallini in Athen, Ostattika. Diese Station wurde am 30. Juli 2004 für die Proastiakos-Züge eröffnet, während die Dienste der Athener U-Bahn seit September 2006 an dieser Station halten.
Die Bahnsteige der Station haben zwei Ebenen, wobei jedes Ende Züge entweder von der Athener U-Bahn oder Proastiakos bedient: Die Proastiakos-Züge von Kiato zum Flughafen halten am nördlichen Ende, während die Züge der Athener U-Bahn Linie 3 am südlichen Ende halten. Seit 2013 wird die Station von drei Proastiakos-Zügen pro Stunde zum Flughafen, zwei nach Ano Liosia und einem nach Kiato bedient.
