Gla ist der moderne Name einer bedeutenden mykenischen Siedlung in Böotien in Griechenland. Der Fundplatz liegt auf einem Hügel, der aus dem heute ausgetrockneten Kopaïs-See ragte. Der Siedlungshügel erhebt sich bis zu 38 Meter über dem umgebenden Gelände, ist etwa 900 Meter lang und misst an der breitesten Stelle 575 Meter.
