Mesolongi , andere Transkriptionen und Nebenformen lauten: Messolongi, Messolonghi, Missolonghi, Missolunghi, Mesolongion) ist eine Stadt in Ätolien-Akarnanien mit etwa 13.500 Einwohnern und gleichzeitig Sitz der gleichnamigen Gemeinde in der griechischen Region Westgriechenland. Diese Gemeinde wurde zuletzt 2010 durch die Eingemeindung der Nachbargemeinden Etoliko und Iniades erheblich vergrößert und gliedert sich heute in drei Gemeindebezirke und 19 Ortschaften.
