Die 302 Pepijeva Staza ist eine ausgewogene Rundwanderroute mittlerer Schwierigkeit durch das natürliche Herz von Primorje, die Anstrengung und Belohnung miteinander verbindet. Der Start beginnt mit einem anspruchsvollen Anstieg von 150 Metern durch unberührte Landschaft, wo der Weg schmal und unbefestigt bleibt. Auf halber Strecke erfordert ein steiler Abstieg mit ähnlichem Höhenunterschied Konzentration – raues Gelände und lockerer Untergrund machen ihn zum technisch anspruchsvollsten Abschnitt der Route. Zum Ende hin wird das Tempo auf hügeligen, flachen Abschnitten ruhiger. Der Weg schlängelt sich still durch bewaldete und offene Gebiete, in denen es nur wenig Verkehr und viel Raum gibt, die Umgebung zu genießen.
