Der Glencar Lough, lokal bekannt als Glencar Lake, ist ein Süßwassersee im Nordwesten Irlands. Er umfasst eine Fläche von 1,15 Quadratkilometern und liegt größtenteils im County Leitrim, mit einem kleineren Teil im County Sligo. Der Glencar Waterfall befindet sich in der Nähe des nordwestlichen Ufers des Sees auf der Leitrim-Seite.
Der Glencar Lough liegt im Glencar Valley, zwischen den Dartry Mountains im Norden und dem Gebirgszug, der Cope's Mountain im Süden umfasst. Der See liegt etwa 10 Kilometer nordöstlich von Sligo und etwa fünfzehn Kilometer westlich von Manorhamilton. Er ist 2,5 km lang von Westen nach Osten und 0,6 km breit. Der See hat zwei Crannogs: eine am westlichen Ende in der Nähe des Auslasses des Drumcliff River und die andere am östlichen Ende in der Nähe des Diffreen River.
