Baruminis Nachbargemeinden sind in alphabetischer Reihenfolge Gergei, Gesturi, Las Plassas, Tuili und Villanovafranca. Sie liegen bis auf Gergei, das zur Metropolitanstadt Cagliari gehört, alle in der Provinz Medio Campidano.
