Acquasparta ist eine italienische Gemeinde mit 4611 Einwohnern in der Provinz Terni, in der Region Umbrien und ist Mitglied der Vereinigung I borghi più belli d’Italia .
Acquasparta liegt auf einem Hügel oberhalb des Naiatals, das von dem gleichnamigen Fluss geformt wird. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Tals befindet sich die Bergkette der Monti Martani. Das Gemeindegebiet umfasst eine Fläche von 79 km².
