Die Basilika Santa Maria di Monte Berico ist eine römisch-katholische Wallfahrtskirche auf dem gleichnamigen südlichen Hügel oberhalb von Vicenza, Venetien. Das Marienheiligtum des Bistums Vicenza trägt den Titel einer Basilica minor. Die Votivkirche entstand aus einer gotischen Kirche aus dem 15. Jahrhundert, erbaut aus Anlass zweier überlieferter Marienerscheinungen zur Zeit der Pestepidemien in den 1420er Jahren, und einem Barockbau aus der zweiten Hälfte des 17. Jahrhunderts.
