Das Duell von Barletta war ein verabredeter Kampf zwischen jeweils 13 ausgewählten italienischen und französischen Rittern, der am 13. Februar 1503 auf einem Feld zwischen Barletta, Andria und Quadrato in Süditalien ausgetragen wurde.
Anlass war die den Italienern von den Franzosen unterstellte Feigheit in der Schlacht.
Im Kampf siegte die Gruppe der italienischen Ritter, deren bekanntester der Condottiere Ettore Fieramosca war.
