Diese Statue auf der Piazza Giacomo Matteotti ist ein Werk des Bildhauers Vico Consorti.
Es ist der Taufbrunnen der Contrada 'Drago'. Siena besteht aus 17 Contradas oder Stadtteilen.
Es wurde 1977 realisiert und trägt die Inschrift: "Contradas Liebe zur Kunst von Vico Consorti vertraut den Baggern, die geboren werden, die Erinnerung an die großen Prioren Mario Calamati und Alberto Rossi an".
Es befindet sich auf der Piazza Matteotti gegenüber dem Hauptbüro.
Seit 1970 ist der Drago nach kanonischem Recht als gemeinnütziger Verein anerkannt.
