Dieser imposante Palast wurde 1697 vom Baron von Favarotta erbaut und kann sicherlich als eines der beeindruckendsten und schönsten Zivilgebäude des 18. Jahrhunderts in Alcamo angesehen werden.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es acht Eingänge , einer davon ist in der Mitte sehr reich verziert. Das Portal besteht aus Travertin und der zentrale Balkon ist voller barocker Verzierungen. Oben ist das Wappen der Familie Fraccia zu sehen , ein durchbohrtes Herz, das von einer Krone dominiert wird.
