Der Historiker und Theologe von Sciacca, Mario Ciaccio , schrieb, dass dieser Palast neben der Porta di Mare in Südlage außerhalb der Stadtmauern stand.
Es wurde im 15. Jahrhundert von Onofrio Cubici mit drei zinnenbekrönten Türmen erbaut , einigen zufolge, um das Wappen seiner Familie anzupassen, das drei Türme auf einem blauen Feld zeigte. Die Familie Cubici, im Fall von Sciacca neben Perollo, war eine sehr adelige Familie und 1542 heirateten Baldassare Tagliavia und Diana Cubici vertraglich. Aus dieser Ehe gingen viele Kinder hervor, darunter GianCalogero Tagliavia Cubici, der Ritter von Santo Stefano in Florenz wurde.
Das Volk nannte es Ramingaddu-Palast , nachdem es von der Familie Cubici an die Inveges, Barone von Rabingallo, übergegangen war.
