Diese Route beginnt in Bormio und führt über alternative Wege ins Dorf Mazzo di Valtellina. So vermeiden wir die belebte SS38. Von hier aus beginnt einer der schwersten Anstiege. Der mit 12,4 km Länge und einem Durchschnitt von 10,5 % äußerst anspruchsvolle Passo del Mortirolo (auch Passo di Foppa genannt). Eine harte Prüfung mit Spitzen bis zu 18 %. Von der Spitze fahren wir hinunter und radeln nach Ponte di Legno. Hier beginnt der Anstieg des Passo di Gavia. Ein wunderschöner Anstieg von 17,3 km mit einem Durchschnitt von 7,9 %. Oben angekommen, kommst du am Lago Bianco vorbei. Von hier aus fahren wir zurück nach Bormio.
