Struga [ˈstruɡa] ist eine am Ohridsee gelegene Kleinstadt mit rund 16.500 Einwohnern im Südwesten Mazedoniens. Sie ist Amtssitz der nach ihr benannten Opština und wird durch den Schwarzen Drin in einen westlichen und in einen östlichen Stadtbereich geteilt. Die Grenze zu Albanien bei Qafë Thana ist acht Kilometer entfernt.
Struga liegt nördlich des Ohridsees unweit der albanischen Grenze und wird durch den Schwarzen Drin, der den See entwässert, durchflossen. Die Stadt liegt in einer fruchtbaren, landwirtschaftlich genutzten Ebene, die nach ihr – Struga-Ebene – benannt ist. Solche Beckenlandschaften bzw. Hochebenen sind für Mazedonien typisch.
