Die Region Vardar ist eine der acht statistischen Regionen, der höchsten Verwaltungsebene in der Republik Nordmazedonien. Die Verwaltungseinheit ist in sieben Opštini unterteilt, welche die unterste Verwaltungsebene darstellen. Die Region liegt im Zentrum des Landes und grenzt im Süden an Griechenland. Nachbarregionen sind Pelagonien, Südwesten, Skopje, Osten und Südosten . Die Region ist nach dem zentralmazedonischen Fluss Vardar benannt.
Regionen erfüllen in Nordmazedonien keine verwaltungstechnischen Aufgaben, sondern sind nur für rein statistische Zwecke da. Teilweise bilden sie jedoch historische Regionen, die wirtschaftlich und kulturell miteinander verbunden sind und waren.
