Das Schloss Neubourg ist ein Schloss in der niederländischen Gemeinde Gulpen-Wittem in Limburg. Das heutige Schloss stammt aus nach 1288, entstand aber wahrscheinlich bereits früher als Mottenburg, dessen Überreste von Gulpen aus hinter dem heutigen Schloss liegen.
Während des Zweiten Weltkriegs wurde das Haus von den Jesuitenpatres als Internat genutzt, während die Eigentümer in den Nebenräumen wohnten. Gegen Ende des Krieges wurde es als Hauptquartier der US-Armee genutzt. 1952 wurde es als Hotel-Restaurant in Betrieb genommen.
Seit 2004 wird das Schloss wieder privat bewohnt und es finden Restaurierungsarbeiten statt. Die drei Bauabschnitte des Schlosses und einige Gelände-Elemente sind separate denkmalgeschützte Objekte.
