Im Album De Vliegende Klomp ließ Willy Vandersteen Suske und Wiske unter anderem durch Baarle-Nassau und Hertog, Breda, die Biesbosch, Die Efteling, das Schloss von Deurne und Eindhoven reisen. Lambik und Jerom gewannen gegen Suske, Wiske und Tante Sidonia (die in einer Art Holzschuh „flogen“), nahmen den Preis jedoch nicht an, da sie betrogen hatten. Wiske beschloss, den Umschlag mit Geld der Dritten Welt zu spenden.
