Harskamp ist ein Dorf im Nordosten der Gemeinde Ede in der niederländischen Provinz Gelderland, gelegen am Rand der Veluwe und des Gelderlandtals. Im Jahr 2021 hatte Harskamp 3.545 Einwohner. Der Name ist eine Zusammenfügung von 'Hars' und 'kamp'. Der Name taucht um 1313 als Hernescampe, Herlescampe und Herscampe auf, wurde 1333 als 'Hoerscampe' geschrieben und ein gutes Jahrhundert später als 'Harscamp'. Ein 'kamp' ist ein eingezäuntes Grundstück, das im Besitz einer einzelnen Person ist. Die spätere Bedeutung wurde allgemeiner: Feld, Acker. Der erste Teil des Namens stammt aus dem Mittelniederländischen: ors, ars, mit der Bedeutung 'Pferd'.
